When you contact Come Easy, the first step would be to come and visit you and to see your house, the planned garden space and the surrounding area. Based on this and our discussions, we will introduce ideas for the landscaping of your garden or a specific area of the garden if that is your request. Once we have agreed on a design, we can give you a quotation for the costs involved.
If you want plants or additional structures, for instance a boma or an irrigation system, we can also give you proposals for this and a quotation. Plants and materials we buy cheapest possible with due respect to quality. We do not want to make a profit on these items, so it is your choice if you want us to buy them or you prefer to do it yourself.
Once we have agreed on the design and price, you will be asked to pay a deposit and we are ready to start. If you want us to purchase plants and material we would want you to pay for this up front. Usually we quote a fixed price for the agreed work, but if you prefer, we can also work on an hourly basis in which case we agree the rate and you will be invoiced once a week for the hours spend during the week.
Things may change as the work progresses and we will make sure to update you if this will affect our quotation, so we can avoid any unpleasant surprises.
