This house is built on top of a slope; the terrace was built into the slope supported by wooden posts. After a big rainfall and following flooding, part of the slope was washed away and the terrace was hanging over the slope with little support. To prevent the terrace from falling down, concrete pillars were casted to support the wooden posts. The concrete pillars did not fall in well with the surrounding environment and our job was to find a way to cover these pillars with natural rocks and stones.
We were also asked to concrete a watering trough, remove a Jacuzzi, repair cracks in walls and to repaint the walls.
The photos below are after and before the job was done.
